How efficiently was Methyl Orange degraded by the M2 membrane?

Label:chem

Topic
In heterogeneous Fenton reactions, the M2 membrane exhibited excellent catalytic activity, achieving a degradation rate of >99.9% of methyl orange (MO) within 90 seconds under optimal conditions. The degradation efficiency was significantly influenced by pH, Vitamin C (VC) concentration, and H2O2 concentration. For example, at pH 3, 0.75 g/L VC, and 50 mM H2O2, MO degradation was rapid and highly efficient.
Answer
The M2 membrane demonstrated excellent catalytic activity, achieving a degradation rate of over 99.9% for Methyl Orange within 90 seconds under optimal heterogeneous Fenton reaction conditions.
